The program plays a crucial role in developing the best emerging talent in Australia, known as a recognised pathway, is proven for drivers to progress to the highest levels of competition worldwide.

Governed by a stringent selection process, the program offers a unique and high level of individual attention to drivers.

Every year TekworkX Motorsport encourages drivers to apply to the program to receive professional coaching from the industry’s leading experts and drivers. It is an exciting and unique experience awarded to selected junior drivers who possess an eager attitude to learn and an enate ability to drive.

The TekworkX Development program is a launchpad for drivers pursuing a professional motorsport racing career. Throughout the program, drivers will gain experience in Toyota 86s before journeying up the motorsport pathway to the world’s most recognised competing categories.
